Truck Driver Training Program CDL Test Preparation. To help meet the needs of local employers, Tillamook Bay Community College offers a Truck Driver Training Program, which trains students to take both the written and driving portions of the Commercial Drivers License (CDL) test. To date, 98% of students who have completed the training course have gone on to earn their CDL. The program consists of four weeks of training including both classroom and driving time–as well as time on the state-of-the-art truck driving simulator–that prepares students for local, high-wage jobs. The cost of the program is $5,000 plus additional fees associated with a CDL license (approximately $460). Grants, loans, and scholarships are available to help cover the cost. Contact School!
